Digital Experience Leader
Description: The Digital Experience Lead will be responsible for creating, building, and assessing Smart Room experiences for customers and partners.You’ll work closely with our customer’s marketing and sales teams to optimize the design and best practices to create exceptional customer experiences.
Customer experience is the #1 issue when customers decide on a new product or vendor, even more important than price and brand.As the leader in B2B digital experiences, you will oversee the design of the Smart Rooms experiences to drive customer adoption and growth.
Responsibilities will include working with marketing teams on the design of Smart Room templates.You will also work with account teams to personalize Smart Rooms for each account and use case.
